Our journey started on September 2019 given that we wanted to try this exquisite cake that we would constantly saw on social media.

After realizing that there was nobody making it locally, we decided to take the initiative and create our own delicious recipe. A journey that started on 2019 is now a “must try” dessert in the lower Rio Grande Valley and a top 10 finalist on the “Quest for Texas Best 2022” contest from a well know American private held supermarket chain called H-E-B.
